We provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services for your whole family, including wellness visits, chronic condition management, and same-day care for minor illnesses and injuries.
Primary Care Services
• Annual wellness exams • Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol) • Women’s and men’s health visits • Pediatric checkups • School, sports, and work physicals
Urgent Care Services
• Same-day visits for minor illness • Cold, flu, and COVID testing and treatment • Ear, sinus, and throat infections • Minor cuts, sprains, and strains • Rashes, skin infections, and urinary tract infections
